Kaizen is a platform operated by OWL GENIUS SOLUTIONS SRL, a company registered in Romania. By creating an account or using Kaizen, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Kaizen. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Use of the service
You may use Kaizen only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using unauthorized means.
5. User content
You retain ownership of the content you create on Kaizen. By creating content, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display it solely to operate the service.
6. Marketplace and shared content
Kaizen allows users to list certain content in a members-only marketplace or share content via direct links. Listing or sharing content is optional and under your control.
If you delete your account, content you created inside shared lists owned by other users may be retained to preserve the integrity of those shared resources, and ownership of that content may be transferred to the list owner.
7. Prohibited content and conduct
You agree not to create or share content that:
- is unlawful, harmful, or abusive
- infringes intellectual property rights
- contains malware or malicious code
- violates the privacy or rights of others
8. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
9. Deletion and data effects
When you delete your account, we apply a deletion process described in our Privacy Policy. Permanent deletion occurs after a 30-day period and is intended to be irreversible.
10. Service availability
We aim to keep Kaizen available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
Kaizen is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, OWL GENIUS SOLUTIONS SRL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
